How to use: Sore muscles: rub into skin up to 4 times a day or as directed by physician. Nasal congestion: rub on thick layer on chest and throat at night/morning. Keep clothing loose to let vapour rise to nose and mouth.

Avoid contact with eyes. Do not take by mouth or inside nostrils. Not to be used on children under 2 years of age unless directed by physician. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin, do not bandage tightly or use with heating pads.
